Wunderlich Top Bag for Vario Topcase, Black

This high-quality functional ELEPHANT top bag for the Vario Top case offers all the advantages of our ELEPHANT range: functionality and versatility, as well as contemporary design, sustainable fabrics, and manufacturing processes were central to its development. The independent, minimalist design of the top bag has a high recognition value. It is precisely tailored to fit the recess in the lid of the Vario Top case and is securely attached to the tie-down loops of the top case lid with four Velcro straps. Additionally, it is equipped with our holding system similar to the military Molle system. The ELEPHANT top bag offers nine liters of storage space in the main compartment. We make the bag from robust, durable CORDURA® TrueLock™ fabric. The rigid padding of the top bag reliably protects the contents and prevents any bulging or fluttering at high speeds. Our in-house blue lining provides contrast and visibility inside. The zippers are typical of ELEPHANT, water-resistant, and feature ergonomic, grippie blue zippers.

Wunderlich BLUE – Using Sustainable Fabrics as an Example

The innovative CORDURA® TrueLock™ fabric used for the ELEPHANT top bag is made from high-strength Nylon 6.6 multi-filament nylon fibers produced in the extrusion process. In this continuous process, the added color is essentially "locked" into the fiber, firmly bound. This eliminates subsequent resource-intensive dyeing and washing processes. The process for manufacturing CORDURA® TrueLock™, developed by CORDURA® inventor INVISTA, conserves resources by reducing water and energy consumption while reducing CO₂ emissions, all while increasing durability, service life, and durability. The innovative fabric has further improved colorfastness, color retention, and UV stability. Fade and abrasion resistance have also been improved.
