Product Condition: All returned items must be in brand-new condition, completely unaltered, and free from any signs of wear. Products should not have been mounted, assembled, or otherwise used.

Boxes with Company Branding: The packaging boxes with company branding are an integral part of the product itself. Therefore, the packaging boxes must also be in good condition.

Return Application Process: To initiate a return, customers must follow the application process specified on our website. This process ensures that your request is processed efficiently.

Issues of Return Notification: In case an incomplete return is received at our facility, we will attempt to contact the customer using the contact information provided during the initial purchase. We will try to reach out via phone and email to inform them about the return and the necessary actions to proceed.

Returned Seats: We understand that seats are the most subjective of all the products we sell, as everyone has a different opinion of the comfort level they provide. Therefore, we are more lenient when it comes to seats. Feel free to install the seat and take the bike for a spin. If the seat is unscuffed and still in prime condition, you will receive a full refund upon returning it.

Restocking Fee: If the returned product is damaged or not in a new, resellable condition, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and restocking the returned products and having to sell the damaged item at a discount.
