Now, 40 years after the launch of the legendary R 80 G/S, BMW is introducing special edition GS models in a bold, black-and-yellow color layout inspired by the legendary R 100 GS, as a tribute to the first G/S. Wunderlich is known for its German design, practicality & engineering on our BMW focused parts & accessories.
Just in time with the introduction of the BMW models »Edition 40 Years GS«, we put on the matching Wunderlich components: for the first time in black and yellow for the F750 GS, F850 GS & F850 GS Adventure. These fit perfectly into the bumblebee design of the respective »Edition 40 Years GS« models - unique - and that makes the difference!

Right on time for the launch of the 40 Years GS Edition BMW models “Edition 40 Years GS”, we’ve issued our FLOWJET windshield that perfectly integrates into the colour scheme of the “Edition 40 Years GS”.
Windshield design for an imposing look and clear flow. Here we have developed a groundbreaking design concept that gives your BMW a distinctive, sporty and distinctive look in no time at all and, thanks to its aerodynamic shape, ensures laminar flow conditions. Size and proportions of our "FLOWJET" combine perfect design with high basic protection. In addition, the front wheel is always visible.

Get the GS Adventure look but in Yellow!
Simultaneously with the introduction of the BMW models of the 40-year GS Edition "Edition 40 Years GS", we have launched "ADVENTURE STYLE" fuel tank guards, which fit perfectly into the colour layout of the "Edition 40 Years GS"
Especially for the F 850 GS we have developed this elaborately crafted Fairing Guard. It reliably protects the tank and the fairing and can be combined with our, as well as with the original BMW or other accessory engine guards.

AKTIVKOMFORT Technology to keep your Seat cooler in the Sun
Right on time for the launch of the 40 Years GS Edition BMW models “Edition 40 Years GS”, we’ve issued the matching seats wich perfectly integrate in the colour scheme of the “Edition 40 Years GS”.
We manufacture our seats with a characteristic, ergonomic 3D contour that lets the rider become one with their BMW. The shape and angle of the carefully crafted, progressively structured, dual-layer seat core support the ergonomically beneficial, natural posture of the back. Integrated, riding is a relaxing affair and thus also active. And there's no doubt that relaxed sitting adds a serious plus to passive safety.
With the ThermoPro coating, the temperature of this seat in direct sun at the peak of summer is up to 25°C lower compared to standard, untreated cover materials. We also have a passenger seat in the range to go with this.
The "buckling" of the cushioning is reliably prevented via the sophisticated construction and the sitting pressure is equally distributed over a large area, resulting in noticeably lower specific pressure load to your behind. Comfy! Also typically Wunderlich: The incorporated concave profile for relieving the pressure-sensitive coccyx is another outstanding trademark! They offer perfect hold and active, reliable control during accelerated riding, also and especially when braking: who hasn't experienced it, when your passenger suddenly slides forward on braking and you immediately have to brace while simultaneously having to steer in what could be a hairy situation? With Wunderlich's very own support contour, these scary moments while braking are now a thing of the past. The innovative, ergonomic 3D contour also ensures that pressure points on the inner thighs while standing at the lights are now a distant memory.
