To ensure an oil cooler can deliver optimal cooling, it needs optimal air flowing through from the air flow as you ride. This is why it’s located on the bottom end of the fairing, beneath the radiator.
This has a serious disadvantage though: the oil cooler sits directly behind the front wheel and therefore right in the path of whirled up dirt, stones and foreign bodies that hit the delicate fins of the oil cooler. Dirt and insects clog up the cooler and reduce the cooling capacity, such as fins bent by „stone impacts“. In the worse case, foreign bodies with sharp edges can cause damage that lead to leaks. With a damaged cooler, it is no longer possible to continue driving and dirt reduces the cooling capacity.
This is why we recommend our oil protection grill, which consists of a fine meshed, tough and resistant stainless steel grille, to avoid damage and capture heavy dirt before it affects the oil cooler. It reliably protects the oil cooler without impacting the air flow.

Wunderlich Heat Shield
Solid thermal and mechanical protection that offers reliable shielding from the radiant heat coming from the manifold of the rear cylinder and prevents the right-hand lower leg from coming into direct contact with the hot manifold pipe. It therefore offers protection from painful burns and prevents damage to protective clothing from the effects of heat. At the same time, it offers a high degree of mechanical protection from scratches or dents for the manifold, which can easily occur while riding off-road or if the bike accidentally falls over. The heat shield is a two-part component. The two heat shield plates are fitted in thermal isolation, so that touching them doesn't lead to any injuries. Wunderlich Heat Shield for Radiator Hose
The heat shield plate for the radiator hose performs two important functions. It protects the hose itself from heat radiation coming directly from the manifold and also reduces the risk of the cooling water being heated up further (unnecessarily) by the radiant heat of the manifold.
So why is this rather unassuming part so important?
The return hose, through which the cooled water exits the radiator and is returned to the engine, is routed closely (one finger's width) past the exhaust manifold of the front cylinder. The manifold, which is not positioned in the cooling air stream but rather sits in the shade created by the radiator, is therefore unable to dissipate heat by convection and must instead rely solely on radiation. Since space is at a premium here, the thermal radiation therefore hits various components, including the radiator hose.
This not only leads to unnecessary additional thermal stress for the radiator hose, as well as the material stress associated with this, but also means that the water which has only just been cooled down is then heated up again unnecessarily in the area of the front manifold. This reduces the performance of the cooling system, particularly on long motorway rides or when traveling in high mountain regions. In certain operating conditions, such as when riding at altitude, the engine can then quickly start to overheat. Trips like this are a favorite for those with American adventure motorcycles.
Our heat shield plate provides thermal shielding for the radiator hose from the manifold and can help reduce the heat entering the cooling water from the manifold, which in turn reduces the risk of overheating. It also protects the hose.
The heat shield plate comes with an insulating heat protection wrap and is simply screwed down to the bracket which also attaches to the radiator.The shield plate fully encloses the hose on the side facing the manifold. The metal is heat-reflecting, which boosts the insulating effect of the heat protection wrap.

The new MICROFLOOTER Generation 3.0: With a full 2 x 4000, so a total of 8000 lumen, they provide four times the luminous flux of conventional auxiliary headlights. As well as their compact design, the MICROFLOOTER LED auxiliary headlights are extremely bright and durable despite a very low energy consumption.
Thanks to the two individual LEDs per headlight and the E proved Wunderlich lenses marked with our brand logo, they have an unmistakable light design that is recognizable from afar. The two LEDs also provide redundancy: If, against the odds, one of the two fails, the other continues to work. We also equip the auxiliary lights with fold-down, effective protective grids as standard - safe is safe!
The headlights are conveniently operated via an illuminated switch on the handlebar. The color of the light is the same as the main headlight. The lights are installed using Plug & Play.
A considerable increase in active and passive safety

Wunderlich Universal Device Carrier
With the production of this universal device carrier, we have developed a base on which you can set our universal navigation device holder (21098-000) or SP Connect Smartphone System Mirror Bundle as well as other smartphone and navigation attachment systems in a visible and ergonomic, easy to operate position on the handlebar bridge. We have constructed the base holder with a cylindrical recess (length 59 mm, 13 mm) so that it is compatible with practically all current attachment systems.
At the same time, no matter whether you want to use the universal device holder for your navigation device or smartphone, it ergonomically positions the device in the natural line of sight, making your ride more relaxed and above all, safer. This ensures the rider always has their eyes on the road and an eye on the navigation at the same time. This arrangement has been ideally tried and tested for motorcycles and provides noticeably greater comfort while riding, navigating and operating, meaning it avoids premature tiredness and increases safety in road traffic.
The device holder is centrally secured on the handlebar bridge via a large-area 3M adhesive pad. The device holder is made of black powder-coated stainless steel.
