The ELEPHANT shines with its sleek design, durable fabrics, sustainable manufacturing processes, and further optimized functionality and versatility. The main compartment of the tank bag made of CORDURA® TrueLock™ can be easily adjusted to suit the rider's needs. The shape-stabilizing insert reliably protects the contents and prevents bulging or flapping at high speeds. In addition, two side pockets provide additional storage space, which is also easily accessible from the seat while on the move. Our proprietary blue lining ensures clarity. The ELEPHANT offers a retention system for additional pockets based on the military Molle system and is complemented by a practical, elasticated luggage net. The zippers are water-resistant and fitted with ergonomically shaped, easy-grip zips. The novel CORDURA® TrueLock™ fabric, which we are using for the first
time for the ELEPHANT, consists of high-strength nylon 6.6
multi-filament nylon fibers produced in an extrusion process. The added
color is virtually "locked" into the fiber in this continuous process,
i.e., firmly bound. This eliminates the need for downstream, stressful
dyeing and washing processes. The process developed by CORDURA® inventor
INVISTA for the production of CORDURA® TrueLock™ thus conserves
resources by reducing the use of water and energy; it reduces CO₂ emissions and, at the same time, increases durability, service life, and
wear resistance. The new fabric has a further optimized, excellent color
finish, color permanence, and UV stability. Fade and abrasion resistance
have also been further improved.

Elephant Tank Bag Base
The base is attached to the vehicle with minimal hand pressure, and the tank bag can be quickly fastened. Push the holding tongue of the tank bag through the inclusion and close it from the front. It is an easy, quick fastening that also makes it possible to attach and remove with gloves and wet fingers.
It has a removable handle for refueling. The base plate can be quickly detached but can also remain on the vehicle, protecting the paint. The base plate is also suitable for accommodating the separately available map holder without using the tank bag. The tank bag is pictured for reference.

The rear, free ends of the original engine protection bars typically have no support against the frame, as is the case with the BMW R 1300 GS. This makes them the weak point of the protection bar. In a fall or impact, they may flex elastically as the forces and moments are not directly supported by the frame. This can lead to damage, for example, to the cylinders.
Our reinforcement bars, made of precision stainless steel tubing with a diameter of 25 millimeters, effectively support, reinforce, and enhance the original engine protection bar.

Our CLICK BAG tank bags are extremely clever to use, as they can be fitted and removed in the blink of an eye - with a "click".
The so-called model-specific tank ring forms the solid basis for the secure, mechanical locking of the CLICK BAG tank bags. To attach the CLICK BAG, insert it from above into the two guides of the tank ring until the lock automatically locks. With a strap on the tank bag, the lock can be released with a single pull. This allows the tank bag to be removed quickly and easily, e.g. for refueling.
Function

Our extremely practical USB charging box fits all BMWs with factory BMW navigation preparation (Navigator V, VI). It is simply inserted in place of the Navigator into the BMW navigation holder, locked, and secured to prevent theft. Power is supplied via the contacts in the navigation holder.
1 - USB Charging Box with two Quick Charge USB A and USB C ports
Located on the right side of the housing are two USB 3.1 Type A and USB 3.1 Type C ports, which meet the Quick Charge standards QC 3.0 and QC 4.0 (QC = Quick Charge).
A blue LED control light, located immediately above the two USB ports, indicates the charging box's activity.
The charging box is splash-proof. The ports can be closed with precision elastomer covers to protect them from splash water and dust when not in use.
2 - SP-Connect Anti Vibration Module SPC+ with Inductive Charging Function
The centrally positioned threaded insert is designed to hold our SP-Connect Anti Vibration Module SPC+ with inductive charging function, which is included in this set. The Anti Vibration Module is the innovative solution to the increasing sensitivity of modern smartphones, which are made of delicate components that can be affected by constant vibrations from the engine and chassis. The Anti Vibration Module reduces these vibrations by up to 60% thanks to the effective damping of the specially developed elastomer inlay. Once attached, the module can be used to hold smartphones. The 60 cm long cable of the inductive charging function is equipped with a USB-C plug and can be connected directly to the charging box or to an onboard socket for power.
To use this, you will also need the model-specific SP-Connect Smartphone Case SPC+ (45150-xxx) for your smartphone, which is not included.
3 - Preparation for Common Navigation Mounting Systems
The front of our charging box is also equipped with four screws, precisely arranged to fit the standard hole pattern of various mounting systems, such as the Garmin Zumo XT navigation device mount. These mounting systems can be securely and space-efficiently attached to the charging box in no time, and the devices connected to the power supply.

2 - SP-Connect Anti Vibration Module SPC+ with Inductive Charging Function
The centrally positioned threaded insert is designed to hold our SP-Connect Anti Vibration Module SPC+ with inductive charging function, which is included in this set. The Anti Vibration Module is the innovative solution to the increasing sensitivity of modern smartphones, which are made of delicate components that can be affected by constant vibrations from the engine and chassis. The Anti Vibration Module reduces these vibrations by up to 60% thanks to the effective damping of the specially developed elastomer inlay. Once attached, the module can be used to hold smartphones. The 60 cm long cable of the inductive charging function is equipped with a USB-C plug and can be connected directly to the charging box or to an onboard socket for power.
To use this, you will also need the model-specific SP-Connect Smartphone Case SPC+ (45150-xxx) for your smartphone, which is not included.
3 - Preparation for Common Navigation Mounting Systems
The front of our charging box is also equipped with four screws, precisely arranged to fit the standard hole pattern of various mounting systems, such as the Garmin Zumo XT navigation device mount. These mounting systems can be securely and space-efficiently attached to the charging box in no time, and the devices connected to the power supply.
