CSS Tank Pads
R 1200 GS-LC Adv (2014 - )
Specially designed to match the sharp contours and lines of the Adventure, these tank pads are molded of high quality polyurethane in Germany by CSS. They attach with very strong adhesive yet can be removed, if desired, without damaging the painted surfaces of the motorcycle. This pad set will help prevent scuffs and scratches to the paint while adding a unique styling enhancement. They also serve to provide a firm and comfortable grip for the knees when riding off road.

Easy to apply, great quality and great bit of cushioning for knees when I ride standing up. Really like the look too, more classy than the snake skin ones I have seen from other dealer, for me anyway. One thing I would like to see, not sure if it would be better, but a little bigger towards the front for a better usage when sitting. I originally taped them far forward while fitting when sitting, realized was completely off when standing, so fitted so they would be perfect when standing. So off a bit when sitting, with knees catching the edges.
