Here is a good old fashioned test light that is perfect for your on-board tool kit but equally well suited for your toolbox at home. A test light can be an indispensible tool when troubleshooting an electrical problem.

The test light is made of machined steel. When the screw-on tip is removed, a needle sharp pointer is exposed that allows you to puncture the wire and test the circuit.
