Description
Passenger Footpeg Lowering Kit
Same as with the rider, the riding position of the passenger is not universally comfortable for everybody. Fitting the passenger lowering set will move the footrest ~ 30 mm (1.18")forwards, this change in footrest position will increase the knee angle, a benefit on long touring rides. The original folding foot pegs are retained, and the contact area of the foot remains at the same angle. Made of anodized CNC machined high quality aluminum and comes with all components needed for an easy installation. No modification to bike needed, original cases can used as before. TÜV approved.

Product is very well made and took less than 15 minutes to install both sides. Only done a couple of short rides but my wife is noticing that her knees are more comfortable due to the angle change.

Nicely increases comfort for my wife riding on our recently-acquired 2014 R1200RT-LC. Fitment (on my particular bike) was quite tight-fitting: the dowell pin to attach new bracket onto original OEM mounting point needed a rubber mallet to seat into place - no excessive force needed, just a bit of an interference fit. Stock footpeg attaches to Wunderlich bracket securely and easily.
