Instrument/Deflector Reinforcement

The instrument cluster and fairing/windscreen are held in place by a plastic bracket. The less than optimal support leads to an annoying movement and vibration of the entire assembly.

We have designed this reinforcement bracket that stabilizes and eliminates the shaking components. At the same time, this part provides a place to install an additional electrical power outlet or auxiliary light switch or attach a GPS, etc.

These brackets are made of powder coated stainless steel without sharp edges. The attachment points allow to compensate for possible tolerance variations.

Tip: This part is advisable for any windscreen that attaches to the original bug screen attachment points. If you have our ERGO-R screen, this part is not absolutely needed.

bought these in conjunction with a puig windscreen for my F800R to reduce cluster vibration. they work well though the instructions are not super intuitive and you have to be careful when you're installing because the stabilizers latch onto the bike under slight pressure so you need to make sure you don't cross-thread the bolts when screwing them in. overall very useful, subtle, and the accessory ports are really great as well. definitely would recommend getting them if you have a lot of cluster rattle and/or you're considering putting the aftermarket windscreen up (which is 100% worth in on the F800R).

A little pricey, but works well. A must have if you're installing a sports windscreen over the stock flyscreen . Mine is installed on a '13 BMW F800 R.

Great item to support my new Puig windshield on my F800R. The fit is good (although the right side is very close to the brake line, so I moved the brake lever assembly a few millimeters to avoid touching). The Puig is solid with this support but would be a problem waiting to happen without it. I may also be able to take advangage of this to mount a GPS or other item.

This is a well-made and Very Easy to Install product. I also like the provision of two mounts for power sockets, as the stock power socket is located far down the right side of the engine, requiring a longish power cord.
