The valve Adjusting Shims Sizes that are not available through BMW dealerships , for a 2003 BMW F650GS, which I had the cylinder head, pressure checked and a exhaust valve that was really blackened possibly burned , wasn't , so cleaned it up and lapped it , of course that threw out the clearness's BMW thinest is 2.30mm , Wonderlich has down, to 2.05mm. They also have some very nice replacement products for other models as well, For Example I also have a 2003 R1150GS , The Stock oil filler cap is a bayonet mount. has a rubber insert , o-ring , which vulcaize , very quick and it lets. oil vapor get out which of course ends up on ones boots over a period of time . Wonderlich has a replacement kit , which includes a threaded insert , locking collar , a very good metal threaded Polished Cap, with a great quality O Ring , the cap threads on securely and its not just a few turns its 5-6 snugs securely , Its a 5-10 minute job and the locking ring has a set screw ( that will need to be turned in before the locking ring can be threaded on to the insert , comes with a high quality thread locker fluid to apply , needs 24 hours to cure ,the valve cover needs to come off the bike . this is my most favorite replacement product , David Schoenoff DavGoFarMotorSports
