Top Case Rack, Black

This top case rack was designed exclusively to fit the original BMW top case of the many GS models. It is a very elegant and simultaneously useful addition to your top case that allows you to carry additional gear along and/or those things that you wouldn't want to put in your top case, such as wet rain suits, gloves etc.

Sealed, robust attachment at four points. (the tubing has threaded ends)
Seamless precision steel tubing
Outstanding black powder-coated finish and workmanship. Made in Germany
Supplied seals create waterproof attachment points

2015 R1200GSW Rack is easy to put on, works well. Added advantage is that the lid now stays up on its own better.

The rack is a beautiful addition to the vario topcase. Very easy to install after I worked it a bit-meaning: when installing the rack, I noticed that there was some welding slag loose inside the tubing. I had to drill holes where the bolts thread in and squirted glue into the tubes, rotating until the loose piece got stuck in the glue. Nice and quiet now.
